The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says that the pollen, mold and dust that is found in the air and the water of the United States can be harmful to our health.
It is estimated that the average person has over 300 times the amount of pollen and spores that a person in New York City has, according to a study from Cornell University.
But even in a city that has high levels of pollution, there are still many people who have no symptoms.
In fact, according the study, nearly 80% of people in the study did not report any symptoms.
But, as the CDC points out, you can protect yourself from the pollen and the mold by using a dust mask, and by using good hygiene.
So, the best thing you can do to protect yourself and your family is to wear a dustmask, says Dr. David Zaleski, an infectious diseases specialist with the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
Zaleske says that most of the people in our society don’t wear a mask, because they think that they don’t need to wear one.
The dust mask should be worn in the face and in the ear.
So you’re not going to see your nose or your ears, but you’re going to have to wear it, Zalesky says.
And when you get out of the house, wear a face mask.
But you also need to be careful.
We know that it takes time to build up the antibodies to this stuff.
So if you don’t feel any symptoms for a week, then you’re probably okay, Zalski says.
But if you have to stay home for several days or weeks, you need to have a face or a mouth mask, Zelski says, because you’re at risk for more infections.
So the best way to protect against any illness is to take care of your body.
You don’t want to eat something that you didn’t prepare properly.
And it’s very important that you wash your hands.
So do your laundry.
Wash your hands frequently.
And get your hands wet.
Then you can take a shower.
You want to wash your face.
And, most important, you want to have your skin tested.
And if you’re diagnosed with any of these conditions, then your doctor can start looking into whether you need additional treatment, Zilski says in the video above.
Zalsky says that it is important to be honest with your doctor about your symptoms.
So he advises people to always ask their doctor what is causing their symptoms and then, if you can’t get answers, then just try to take steps to protect them.
And be aware of the risks of any illness that you’re taking.
It can be hard to get a good answer, so be open about any symptoms you have and to tell your doctor how you’re feeling.
And then you can get tested for those symptoms, Zleski says on the CDC’s website.
